Can we perform clipping or endoloop then snare polypectomy?

Yes. One important aspect is to place the loop or clips as close to the base as possible, and the cut the stalk about 3-4 mm above the clips or loop.

great case. have resected this large pedunculated HP prolapsing into pylorus causing partial gastric outlet obstruction with endoloop. I counsel the patient that they have potential to recur later but the benefit of resecting the polyp now outweight the risk of recurrence of the polyp. Is surveillance on a yearly basis be recommended?

Great points. As you correctly say those polyps may to relapse. I don’t offer regular surveillance, unless the antrum mucosa has other small polypoid lesions or the stalk after resection of a large polyp is longer than 10 mm. But these are subjective “feelings”.
